Gaming Resources

New to board gaming? Don't know where to start? Here are a few resources that I wish I had known about when I got into the hobby.

Websites

Without a doubt, BoardGameGeek should be your first stop. BoardGameGeek is an online resource and community that aims to be the definitive source for board game and card game content. The site is updated on a real-time basis by its large and still growing user base — more than two million registered users! — making the Geek the largest and most up-to-date place to get gaming information!

Other Content Creators

All of the below content creators have helped grow my love for the board gaming hobby tremendously, and I promise they will help you too.

Online Stores

My first recommendation is to always try to support your local gaming store if you have one. If there is a particular game or accessory that you are looking for that they do not have, ask them if they can order it from their distributors. If not, below are the sites that I have used over and over again.
